Work Experience
(8 Weeks)
 
Work Experience Placement
(3 days each week)

You will be placed in a paid work experience opportunity for a minimum of 18 hours each week.

You can get advice or a listening ear from your mentor or program facilitator to help you with any job
situations you may experience.

Personal Mentorship
(During and after the program)
 
Successful local business and professional women – who have faced similar challenges and understand – will spend time with you during and after the program to support you as you work to reach your goals.
Personal mentorship in Leading Women, Woodland HR, supports your job, career and life changes
